Where do I get this file?

If your facility is a commercial/industrial account, your utility almost certainly records 15-minute or hourly interval data โ€” you just may have never pulled it. Three steps:

  1. Log into your utility's business account portal (whoever pays the electric bill has the login โ€” often accounting).
  2. Look for "Green Button", "Download My Data", or "Usage & Interval Data". ComEd and Ameren Illinois both have this; so do most US utilities.
  3. Export as CSV, 15-minute or hourly intervals, last 30 days is plenty.

Can't get interval data at all? Some smaller accounts only get monthly totals โ€” which means you have no visibility into when or where your energy money goes. That blind spot is exactly what the ACS-100 fixes: it measures at the machine, not the utility meter.
